The company is run by Beri Hutchings, who has been in the business of selling Mediterranean property for over 16 years, together with her joint Managing Director and husband Roger Hutchings. The latter specialising in the administration, legal and financial affairs of the company and its clients.
On behalf of the many clients, constant communication is maintained with the 25 associate offices situated along the Costa Azahar, Costa Blanca, Costa Calida, Costa Almeria, Costa Tropical and Costa del Sol in Spain, and Calibria in southern Italy and southern Cyprus. Each of these offices has either English staff or staff who are completely fluent in the English language.
All colleagues have a very detailed knowledge of their regions, and are able to advise and assist clients in all aspects of property purchase, including taxes, banking and legal matters.
