You will be able to see the developments, resale homes, plots and surrounding areas for yourself first hand.

To facilitate our clients in this matter we are pleased to offer tailored exclusive Buyers Inspection Visits to view selected properties in the country of choice.

Spanish property may be viewed in the Costa Azahar, Costa Blanca, Costa Calida, Costa Almeriia, Costa Tropical and the Costa del Sol. Italian property may be viewed in Calabria in southern Italy.

These visits are arranged at a time convenient to you as far as possible, subject to flight and agent availability.

Please note that you will not normally be in the company of any other couples, whose requirements may well be different to your own. You will have the sole attention of our local specialist agent who will be able to answer all of your questions without interruption.

We would point out that these trips are not just holiday jaunts, but serious tours for people who are determined to buy a property and have the means and inclination to do so. You will require to have the facility to put down 3,000€ if you see the property that you wish to buy, in order to take the property off of the market while you organise your finances for the full purchase. Should a mortgage be required our agent will be pleased to assist you in making arrangements. A fully legalised purchase contract will be drawn up at this time to give you full and clear details of your commitment.

Should you genuinely not find what you are looking for, you will be under absolutely no obligation to buy and you will be treated with full courtesy at all times.

Day One: Meet at the foreign airport and then be conducted to your accommodation. During the drive you will be able to discuss your requirements and if arrival time permits, the area can be toured and possibly a few properties examined.	Day Two: After breakfast, you will be shown a good selection of new and/or resale properties that suit your criteria and of course your budget.
Day Three: Inspection of further properties or re-inspection of selected properties. Reservations and contracts arranged if or when required.	Day Four: Possible final viewings, opening bank accounts, meeting lawyers, prior to departure.
